Willamette Pass: 04.17.09
It’s taken a winters worth of riding, or falling, to finally feel comfortable enough to take some camera gear up with me on the mountain. This past weekend I met up with riders Isaiah Pannier and Mike Lubliner to do my first snowboarding test shoot in the central Oregon Cascades. Opting toward the role of a minimalist photographer made shooting a little difficult, but I did get a lot of ideas for my next run with the guys which was really the whole point. All in all I feel the day went really well and come next trip I’ll have newer lenses and additional lighting equipment.
